Beginning in January 2026 we will offer a structured long run following our swim at Esquimalt recreation.
These runs will be designed to help you build up your endurance so that you can work towards completing a half-marathon distance in the late spring/early summer. These runs would also be applicable for those training for the TC10k or the Island Race Series.
Cost: $60 for the 12 week session
Drop-in: $5 per workout
What do you get with the whole session:
1x weekly structured run designed to improve your endurance - building up to a maximum of 25km
1x weekly in person run with RFM coaches to keep you accountable to your goals
