Dan loves working with people to reach their potential and achieve the goals they set, no matter how ambitious. He did Ironman before it was cool, finishing his first in 1989. He has crossed the Ironman finish line a total of eight times, twice crossed the line at Ultraman Hawaii World Championships, and completed the 825km Race Across Oregon cycling race. In addition to his own race results, Dan has been a Support Crew Chief for Ultraman Hawaii five times, and Race Across America (RAAM) solo Support Crew member on three occasions. Dan has also completed more triathlons, running races and other foolishness of all distances than he cares to admit. 

Dan is a Search and Rescue Specialist (SAR Tech) with the Royal Canadian Air Force, a Registered Massage Therapist and NCCP Level 2 Triathlon Coach. Dan is also proud to be the co-founder of the Wounded Warriors Run BC, a seven day, 600km relay run down the length of Vancouver Island for Wounded Warriors Canada, raising awareness and to honour and support Canada’s ill and injured Canadian Armed Forces members, Veterans, First Responders, First Nations and their families.

Chris has been racing for 20 years, coaching for ten, and is the 2019 50-54 Long Course BC Champion. As a coach he strives to be a conduit to allow people to be the best version of their true selves by providing knowledge, leadership, insight and support while showing a path to success as defined by the athlete.

Chris is a lawyer at Mulroney Siver Law and is the President of RunSport , the non-profit owner and producer of Victoria's TC10K.

Eric has been a triathlete since 2002, racing the Olympic distance internationally with the Canadian Armed Forces team from 2008-2016, then transitioning to Ironman distance racing from 2016 onward. Eric began managing the military team in 2016, and is very excited to have joined the RFM Endurance coaching team.

Shelby is a fourth-year Kinesiology student at the University of Victoria. He has an in-depth understanding of human anatomy, exercise physiology, exercise prescription and measurement/evaluation of human performance. Working with RFM, he incorporates various aspects of his formal training into his coaching practice. Shelby is also a seasoned competitive athlete. He has been fortunate enough to race Ironman three times, ITU long course twice, and numerous half-irons/standards. He also enjoys a regular bike or running race from time to time, especially if it involves the Okanagan Valley. Shelby uses a data-based approach to training and creates individual training plans using athlete's unique thresholds. He is a NCCP certified coach and loves working with people to achieve their training and racing goals!

Shelby has a BSc in Kinesiology, is a registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia and Alberta Kinesiology Associations, and is an NCCP-certified coach.

Shelby also has a MSc in Physical Therapy and is a registered Physiotherapist in the Province of Alberta with the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta.

He uses a data-based approach to training, and creates individualized plans using athlete’s unique thresholds. Using tools such as interval training and heart rate variability, he helps athletes maximize their potential.

Shelby has an in-depth understanding of the science of human performance and the rehabilitation of athletic injuries. Using his formal training, he loves working with people to define and achieve their athletic goals.

Shelby is also a seasoned competitive athlete, having competed at Ironman multiple times, ITU Multisport World Championships and numerous half-iron/standard distance triathlons. He also enjoys cycling or running races from time to time, especially if they involve a visit to the Okanagan Valley.
