SUNDAY MORNING Long Run
Beginning in January 2026 we will offer a structured long run following our swim at Esquimalt recreation.
These runs will be designed to help you build up your endurance so that you can work towards completing a half-marathon distance in the late spring/early summer. These runs would also be applicable for those training for the TC10k or the Island Race Series.
Cost: $60 for the 12 week session
Drop-in: $5 per workout
What do you get with the whole session:
1x weekly structured run designed to improve your endurance - building up to a maximum of 25km
1x weekly in person run with RFM coaches to keep you accountable to your goals

Zwift and Zoom
Beginning in January 2026, we will offer a structured series of workouts designed to get you ready for a ~100km bike race in the early spring. Group Zwift and Zoom ride days/times are pending.
Cost: $180 for the 12 week session
Drop-in: $7 per workout
What do you get with the whole session:
3x weekly progressive indoor workouts designed to improve your power output and endurance on the bike.
3x weekly Zoom sessions to help keep you accountable to your goals.

Sunday Swims
We plan to continue our swims at Esquimalt Recreation in the new year. Stay tuned for more information!
Each swim in our reserved lanes will continue to feature programmed workouts. Individualized stroke correction and assistance will also be available.
The cost for the winter session is as follows:
1) Pending (~$140 for 12-wks)
2) Pending (~$15 for drop-in)

SUNDAY MORNING COFFEE RUNS WITH CHRIS
We are currently offering an free unstructured running group on Sunday morning following our swim at Esquimalt Recreation.
These runs start at ~1000 am, but the time is fluid.

Sunday Swims
Chris and I are happy to confirm we have booked two lanes every Sunday Morning at 8:00AM this fall at Esquimalt Recreation.
The swims will start on October 5, 2025 and continue through December 21, 2025. Each swim in our reserved lanes will feature programmed workouts. Individualized stroke correction and assistance will also be available.
The cost for the fall session is as follows:

ZWift and Zoom
We are currently offering a drop in largely unstructured and social ride on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday evenings at 6:00pm and on Saturday mornings at 8:30AM (weather dependent).

Penticton Training Camp

Swim, bike and run in the gorgeous Okanagan sun with us and take advantage of one of best places to train in Canada!
For those doing the Gran Fondo on the 10th, your week will culminate in this event.
Please note, athletes will be responsible for arranging their own transportation and accommodation.

2022 Triple Crown
Come light your legs on fire and ride some epic hills in North Van with us! Follow it up with a run the next day!
Cost: FREE!! Seriously.
Where and When:
Saturday April 30 2022 bright and early at 0600
2060 Marine Dr, North Vancouver, BC V7P 1V7
Details:
The ride departs at 0600 sharp from the parking lot of The Travelodge by Wyndham Vancouver Lions Gate, North Vancouver.
This is a guided but unsupported ride, meaning we stick together travelling between each mountain but it’s everyone for themselves on the climbs. We regroup at the top, and the bottom.
Riders are responsible for hydration, nutrition and mechanical needs. Food and water is available for purchase at the top of Grouse Mountain, and bathrooms are available at all three. Optional coffee stop at the bottom of Seymour.

Riders are encouraged to join the group doing the BMO 5K/8K/21.1K/42.2K the next day for a truly epic weekend.
This is highly recommended for those training for 70.3s and 140.6 in 2022. Accommodations near the intersection of Capilano and Marine Drive are ideal for participants.

Parksville 360
Come join us for a fabulous weekend of riding the (in)famous Parksville 360 route!
This is a fully supported ride starting at Saanich Commonwealth Place on Saturday morning around 6:30AM .
We will follow all the back roads up to Parksville for an approximate ride distance of 180km.
The next day-we cycle back.
Cost is $80 and includes stocking of the cars with food, water, gels, fruit, nuts, cinnamon buns (at the finish line) etc... along with our support drivers, gas, food and lodging.
We have stayed at the Arbutus Grove Motel in past years, and this will be the "official" hotel for the ride again this year.
**Please note riders are responsible for booking their own lodging.

We are planning for multiple pace groups, full sunshine, and lots of great snacks!

Fall 2021 Zwift and Zoom
Back by popular demand, our Zwift and Zoom series is returning starting October 11th!
Join coach Shelby MacDonald for 12 weeks of progressive, structured indoor cycling training using the Zwift platform, and join the rest of the team over Zoom while you’re at it!
Workout intensity is tailored to your FTP, meaning each session is personalized to each athlete’s needs and abilities. Join where you are, and progress from there.
Details:
Two tailored indoor cycling workouts per week for 12 weeks for $185
Option to join friends over Zoom on Monday and Wednesday, 630 PST for encouragement and some added fun
Team accountability and progressive training tailored to your needs
