• Saturday April 30 2022 bright and early at 0600

• 2060 Marine Dr, North Vancouver, BC V7P 1V7

Details:

• The ride departs at 0600 sharp from the parking lot of The Travelodge by Wyndham Vancouver Lions Gate, North Vancouver.

• This is a guided but unsupported ride, meaning we stick together travelling between each mountain but it’s everyone for themselves on the climbs. We regroup at the top, and the bottom.

• Riders are responsible for hydration, nutrition and mechanical needs. Food and water is available for purchase at the top of Grouse Mountain, and bathrooms are available at all three. Optional coffee stop at the bottom of Seymour.

• Interested in checking out the route? Here you go. It’s a spicy one.

• Riders are encouraged to join the group doing the BMO 5K/8K/21.1K/42.2K the next day for a truly epic weekend.

• This is highly recommended for those training for 70.3s and 140.6 in 2022. Accommodations near the intersection of Capilano and Marine Drive are ideal for participants.
